Method & Milestones
In three modules you will learn powerful tools and exercises to first reconnect with yourself, secondly deeply listen to your hearts callings, handle limiting believes and turning them into something positive. And finally how to gather your courage to leave your comfort zone and do what feels empowering and alive to you – living your dreams and loving your life.
Reconnect with yourself
Where are you and where do you want to go? In the first module you will be guided to deeply connect with yourself, your values and wishes. Know and see yourself clearly.
Setting the foundation for a purposeful life
Connecting with your hearts visions and desires can bring up emotions and negative self-believes. So a part of this module focuses on emotion handeling & self-love.
Raise your vibration
What is vibration and how can we keep our energy high? This last module is about taking inspired action leaving your comfort zone 😉 and implementing all the tools into your life – live high vibe!

What you will get

E-Learning
In the member area you will find weekly videos on self-development, philosophy and yoga as well as guided meditations and bonus material. Move in your own rythem and time.
Live Calls
In the weekly live call you can ask all your questions you have. Sometimes a live yoga, meditation or deepening of a topic. Meet other participants of the course and connect to likeminded people.
1:1 Sessions
In the one on one sessions it is all about you. Where areyou, what are the things that stop your from moving forward and what are your strengths. I will help you in seeing more clearly and inspire you if needed.
Community
Connect to likeminded people in the Facebook group and Live calls. Exchanging and seeing that others are in similar places than you can feel so relieving and empowering.
Workbook
For every module there is a workbook with exercises and tools as well as texts to recap the materials from the e-learning videos. Download it, print it, use it.
